1. All Products – Important Delivery Notice
Some of our products contain glass components with sharp edges. Please handle all deliveries with care.

All items must be thoroughly inspected before signing for delivery.

If any damage is visible, it must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.

Once the delivery has been signed for, we are unable to accept responsibility for any damage.
Failure to inspect and report damage at delivery may result in your claim being denied.
2. Returns Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

Products must be returned in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
Certain items may be non-refundable, including:

Custom or special-order products

Used or installed items

Damaged items not reported in accordance with Section 1
3. Restocking & Handling Fees
Refunds on eligible products may be subject to a handling and restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The fee amount may vary depending on the product type.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Wait for return authorization before sending any items back.

Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or a product that is defective (and properly reported within the required timeframe), please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
